I think the meta is still developing so it's tough to say what you might need exactly.

The team seems reletively solid, but might get punished if you lose torkoal.

Gyarados/Arcanine could be an issue here too. Intimidate could really hurt your 3 most powerful attackers. 

That being said I think this team can do very well right now. It all comes down to matchup and Pokemon selection.
