I assume @Shannon4066 means Rufflet since that's the closest Pokemon name I can think of honestly. Regarding leveling your mons fasts, I suggest you can tryout the Poke Pelego Glitch where players can level up their Pokemon in faster cycles than the traditional leveling methods, which will admit are extremely limited.
