If you want to run TR why do you use speed EV? They do the opposite of what you actually want to achieve and besides that you might consider to add a Will O wisp to your banette so it survives PH atk because its ph def sucks. Also you lack any fire type moves against anything steelish or smth like that so flare blitz instead of bulk up might be more favorable just because talonflame is fragile anyways

Edit : invest the speed ev on banette into def ; bisharp into hp or smth like that and also go for -Spe Nature on every pkmn to ensure you absolutely abuse the trick room to its max
