Change Luxray's ability to Intimidate, change the item to Shuca Berry/Leftovers/Sitrus Berry/Air Balloon and fix the EV spread so it is more bulky. You would be wasting time trying to make this thing compete in a speed race against stronger hard hitting Pokemon.
Change Double-edge on Azumarill for Play Rough
Change Gallade's item to Life Orb and run Protect instead of Stone Edge or put a Choice Scarf on it
