This is a very inefficient Weavile build. For starters, there won't be many cases in VGC where Ice Shard have a greater effect than just using Ice Punch or Icicle Crash. To another point, Low Sweep is a very weak Fighting move that isn't used in competitive for it lacks offensive power. Low Kick would be a better option. I can see that Low Sweep would be good for slowing down opponents but even then Weavile would die on the subsequent turn.

I rate it 8/10.
