This ev spread upon after mega evolution allows Mega Salamence to take unboosted/unSTAB Ice Beams from base 85 special attack pokemon with at least 112 investment from the likes of Suicune all the time. The speed investment is just enough to out speed neutral Choice Scarf Politoed and +1 DD Adamant Mega T-Tar. The rest is just dumped into attack for obvious damage output. Now aerilate Double-Edge makes Mega Salamence an absolute powerhouse that will ohko any frail pokemon or severally deny anything unresisted. Now Earthquake is just for coverage and to hit any Electric/Steel/Rock types that might take any flying hit from

Mega Mence. Dragon Dance and roost is essentially up to you to decide. Obviously Dragon Dance is there to further bolster Mence's attack and speed for more offensive pressure while Roost allows for longevity.
