Why do you wanna replace heatran?
I would recommend that you replace him with a Pokemon with good fire coverage.
A cradily with storm drain might replace Servine. Scald is a a huge move in the meta-game and so a move like that could really help in a quick switch.
I'm a fan of togekiss because you can set up quick pata-flinch if needed.
Ageiaslash is also a good choice since your looking to switch out your steel type, it would help with coverage.
Thearian-Landerous is a great choice too. It would give you access to EQ and an extra resistance. Plus it will give you one legendary to trade for another if you want.
If don't like these ideas I have lots more. Some Pokemon are ou for a reason :D
