Accuracy young Miguel, this team doesn't require the rain to be up. I'd rather have a guaranteed Thunderbolt and trade power for accuracy.

First, I'm 19 going on 20, I'm your elder . Secondly it's very useful when you are in rain. 30% paralysis is nifty and with helping hand, you could be dealing a lot of unexpected damage. Just a thought, as I ran it on my thundurus with moderate sucess. It's not an option that I would just throw away.
