@WallaceTheChampion you're not going to want a Hasty nature on Raichu as his defence is already a bit low. Better to have a Timid nature because you only really have Fake Out for the flinch and not the actual damage it does. Other than that, pretty standard set. Maybe Psychium Z if paired with Tapu Lele.
