Even with the teams you listed, you don't have enough information for us to help with your battle with your friends like Evs. All I can say about this is that if you are going to use "ubers" then just go all out an consider having legends on your teams, or consider some the regular Pokemon that are banned to ubers like Speed Boost Blaziken or Mega Gengar. Do notice that your friend has a ton of setup options so consider having a Mon know Roar or something to phaze them out. Again not much to say given this team is moreso for fun and stuff.
