I made these changes for the following reasons.
- You are trying too hard to take advantage of Typhlosion's Flash Fire. If your opponent out-predicts you and Typhlosion gets fainted, you have a huge Fire weakness on your team
- Mega Lucario checks all the Fairy types you worry about so Scizor is pointless here (unless you are using Mega-Sableye instead of Lucario)
Weakness Policy Dragonite only works if you get a free switch in without entry hazards up, which is really hard to pull off. Also there are some Pokemon such as Weavile and Mamoswine who completely ignore Dragonite's Multiscale. This is the reason for this EV spread. I changed the item to choice band because Dragonite makes a better revenge killer than a set up sweeper on this team.
- Wash Rotom is here to cancel out both Dragonite's and Lucario's weaknesses and to also counter them. Also since Rotom is fairly slow you can a slow Volt Switch allowing your other Pokemon to come in after dealing damage hence you'll have an easier time setting up
- You need a rapid spinner on this team. Any kind of entry hazards (especially Sticky Web) causes great conflict with the other 4 Pokemon on your team. Typhlosion's Eruption will do less plus it will be slow, Dragonite's Multiscale will be broken before even taking an attack and Lucario's speed stat will be low enough for mid ranged bulky Pokemon to take it out. Excadrill does this job very well
- I changed the Slurpuff EV spread because you need to ensure that you don't pull out the Sitrus Berry before Belly Drum and this EV spread achieves just that. This also allows Slurpuff to survive a choice banded Bullet Punch from a Scizor at full health.
