I am no one to listen to but in my opinion you should get some type of speed control. It seems the only use of your ferrothorn is to counter trick room and fairy types, what do you think of swapping it to a Scizor with Lum Berry (amazing smeargle counter).
Then you could swap Togekiss to a
min-speed Togetic (Follow Me, After You, Dazzling Gleam/Endeavor
and Protect/Tailwind/Helping Hand/T-wave/Safeguard/Reflect)
Endeavor is an amazing gimmick nobody ever expects, but you will be hitting last so it's hard to get it right.

Lastly if you will still struggle with Smeargle after the changes you could try adding a Chesto Berry perhaps for Thundurus' Sitrus Berry.
Also if you wanna do some practice matches against Trick Room team I can you help you with that as I was trying a new gimmicky team in last few days.
