Thing is Rotom-H doesn't learn flamethrower tm or level up. Anyways I think the main problem to the team itself are bulky water types and Gastrodon can help you team coverage out by taking water attacks while increasing it's special attack. I know there is a better set to run for Tyranitar but honestly we just opted for a choice scarf just to handle any Charizards and Volcaronas.

Wouldn't it be better to run Sand Rush and Life Orb on Excadrill? You get the same damage boost from Sand Force but more speed

It has sand rush not sand force black I just checked remember u made like 3 of em with all of excadrill possible abilities
