Dex Nav shiny odds?/ Does Shiny charm increase odds?

Replying through orAS at the moment b4 next gen release 
with my first legit SR shiny starter 
Male Torchic nicknamed : FireFox  
i love him so much :D


was wondering is dexnav odds a static 1/512 chance for shiny ?? 

and does shiny charm increase those odds at all ?

ive done quite a bit of dexnav hunting for shinies on orAS
but alway had the charm before i cleared game file so just wondering?

yes it increases the odds, you can look the exact odds up when you click on "Shiny Counter" in this forum, very helpful

i stopped using that when i got my pokeradar mon set up with 40 pp moves ... lol

The odds are at a fixed rate for DexNav. They are 1/512 without Shiny Charm and 1/201 with Shiny Charm

DexNav odds of finding a shiny are not static, the odds are increased with the number of encounters of the Pokémon you're hunting for, and the shiny charm increases the odds. I think
