Banned for defending an education system so corrupt, teachers make thousands without actually having to work. On the other hand, some schools actually try to educate people so Washer's argument is invalid as there is actually some sort of education in Mexico, it just generally sucks.

PS: Private schools do teach and they do it pretty efectivelly.
