OK up to ShinyPokemons I was able to pokegen all your pokemon request with some restrictions. The only issue I had were the OT because of name restrictions (limit of 7 characters in ot name) and for set OTs from events pokemon (except for things like victini (without fusion bolt) or shaymin.
