I don't know re: the GTS ban. I personally have traded a lot over GTS and Link over the past week (multiples of the same Pokemon/clones) and haven't been banned...not sure what the red flag is.

I'm down for this! And getting ready to post on Tumblr some of my ideas. Guess it'd not hurt to post here too. I will when I get things written out and sounding good.
