LF: HP Fire Sceptile/treeko

Hello my frands, it is I, w2 and today I am in search of a nice hp fire sceptile. I have no idea how to get hp's, so you guys are my only hope in getting this. I got tons of non hp pokes that are fully trained, and I can breed up pretty much anything you'd like in return. Any help will be apreciated.

Unfortunately I can't be of use here, but I'll try to help any potential providers by stating that the max HP Fire IVs are 31/30/31/30/31/30

Actually, scratch that - I might be able to breed up a Treecko, but it'll take some time and some luck

If you can, great you're a life saver. Hidden powers are horrifically complex for my small underdeveloped mind to comprehend, and all the "guides" are overly technical.
I'f you can get this I'll try to give you something worth the effort.
