Last team slot ideas

Really struggling in the new season this week so decided to change my team around and I'm having a real problem deciding on the 6th slot!
Current team is
Lando T
Mega charizard Y
Milotic
Conkekdurr
Togekiss

I'm struggling against flying types and water types currently. So any advice would be great!

We need movesets, EV spreads, reason as to why you chose the Pokemon and what the EV spread is supposed to achieve before we can give you suggestions

As Marcusube and naitre have said, it's tough to recommend a Pokémon since we've been given no details about the team, but if Flying and Water-types are giving you issues, perhaps try Rotom-W? It's Electric-type attacks deal with both types. Plus, it gives you Will-O-Wisp support which can be useful in this physical-driven meta. Of course, you are running Milotic though so I don't know how well Rotom-W fits your current team, but it's just a suggestion.
