If done properly, then yes. Most of these legendaries will work. But if you want one that isn't there I wouldn't mind making it for you if you give me the info that I stated at the end of my post.

What do you mean again? This is actually generating the pokemon, not changing it. But you could just release the pokemon if you don't want it. For example I generated Jirachi and Celebi so I could complete the Dex even when we don't get the events.
