[RATE MY TEAM] Advice on first team

I have created my a team using Pokemon I like and some commonly used ones. I don't really have a strategy, except prankster on Sableye. I have used movesets and ev spreads from Smogon and I'm trying to stick to VGC rules. Any help would be appreciated.

Stealth Rock on Garchomp isn't very useful in VGC like it is in singles.

Change Luxray's ability to Intimidate, change the item to Shuca Berry/Leftovers/Sitrus Berry/Air Balloon and fix the EV spread so it is more bulky. You would be wasting time trying to make this thing compete in a speed race against stronger hard hitting Pokemon.

Change Double-edge on Azumarill for Play Rough

Change Gallade's item to Life Orb and run Protect instead of Stone Edge or put a Choice Scarf on it

That's pretty much it
