Choice Specs Exploud can be a very powerful Pokemon. However, without any pokmeon on your team with the soundproof or telepathy ability it can make your play predictable. When you are choice locked into boom burst your opponent will know you are protecting your other Pokemon that turn and double target into Exploud. Exploud is a base 68 speed Pokemon so it will be common to be up against two pokmeon that outspeed it.
