If you are worried about needing a check for sylveon, might I suggest instead of bisharp and meta gross running a scizor?

This scizor share the same (well actually a worse) fire weakness but has no other weaknesses that both metagross has or bisharp. And a bullet punch from scizor can OHKO a 252 HP 252 Def Sylveon 100% of the time. Plus has the utility of knockoff that bisharp has plus bug bite to eat those pesky sitrus berries your opponent may carry on their pokemon.
