Is this a team for Single battles or Double battles? Btw, glad to see you getting into the ORAS competitive meta Smile

Venoshock seems like an odd choice seeing that you only have a 30% chance of poison

To kick it off, you have 3 common weaknesses to Psychic, 2 common weaknesses to Fighting and unchecked weaknesses to Rock, Ghost and Dragon.

Firstly, since you want to run a fast sweeping Venusaur under the sun, it would make more sense to give the Mega Stone slot to Sableye or Gengar.

To address the weaknesses, I suggest dropping Blaziken and Dragonair. Blaziken isn't legal in Singles and Dragonair won't last very long with moves like Draco Meteor and Outrage being extremely common in both Singles and Doubles. You can switch them out for Raichu and Scrafty. Both function almost the same as they do in both Singles and Doubles.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Focus Blast

Ninetales @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Energy Ball
- Fire Blast
- Psyshock

Venusaur @ Black Sludge
Ability: Chlorophyll
Level: 50
EVs: 44 HP / 44 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 164 Spe
Modest Nature
- Growth
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Weather Ball

These are the changes I would make to the move sets you have.

It is impossible to make a team that functions in both formats while maintaining the same movesets and team gimmick. Not everything that works in Singles works in Doubles so you have to make up your mind.
