Yeah I do miss having Earth Power on Gastrodon since obviously we can't use it legally until Pokemon Bank comes in with old egg moves. Honestly do feel like defensive Gastrodon is the way to go with either Recover, Sitrus Berry since it can at least given how strong certain Pokemon like Tapu Lele or the Z-Moves themselves it. Can definitely see why I'd want a Gastrodon with Earth Power, though as @naitre once said, if it doesn't have EQ, it sucks.
Definitely do like the team that Billa made as it has a ton of synergy with each of the mons and can slowly wither down the opposing team. Definitely after using this team I want to try giving other Pokemon Z-moves / crystals to at least deal heavy damage from a defensive mon like Arcanine to a heavy hitter like Gigalith. Haven't seen other team reports or images of the teams since am really curious how far off the EVs, items, and other selections were.
Yeah will admit while Celesteela is one of the best Pokemon atm doing its thing, feel like people are going to "counter" it via disruption moves like Taunt, Encore, Disable, or even Perish Song. Do feel as if Celesteela usage will die down and other unexplored Pokemon will rise, though it won't be as dominate.
FYI I did have faster Celesteela's than this one =P
