Also never use toxic in VGC (stalling the timer ends in your defeat and the longest VGC matches I play are usually 15 turns)

1. I just forgot that rotom couldn't use follow me ok ,so go get "freeze-dried" or just chill out, your "Overheated" (XD move pun XD) also I'd would just use toxic to get rid of the lum berry and get venoshock off that's it no more no less than that
