This is what I came up with as a support in VGC. It lives an Earthquake, heals from Cheek Pouch then does its job as a support. Nuzzle for paralysis, Eerie Impulse and Charm to drop the SpAtk or Atk stat of the opposing Pokemon respectively and you can either go Protect or go offensive with Discharge or Parabolic Charge.
