Ok so I'll get you one and you get one also xD or we both get one... Well you know in shal cave behind moss deep city... That cave always is random depending on the tide.. So if the water is high you'll get some cireen things... And she it's low you'll get more things... Well the two items you need to collect are shal salt and ... Shal shells.... Give them to the old guy at the entrance of the cave and he will make it for you
