Nah they never do they aren't speedy. They are trick room teams.

guessing i'll just keep my current 1 then since it will outspeed TR chandelure outside the tr while still being fast inside TR making it workable :D

darn its 30 in sp att that makes a difference of 2 after the ev's get applied XD this is why i hate using legendaries competively....

Also if i have 31 in speed i can sneak a speed edge on mega swampert on the turn he megas for a potencial 1 shot from the energy ball

decided to soft reset for that slight speed edge since otherwise i may as well use gothitelle since i can lock the foe in with shadow tag etc

How should I run my Swampert? I have a reset bag and its an adamant nature.

Rain Dance on Swampert along with Ice Punch, Waterfall, and Earthquake is an awesome set if rain is up

if your going for mega swampert i recommend 108 hp, 252 att and 148 speed for level 50 (or 104 hp,252 att,152 speed at level 100) just makes sure you outspeed mega aerodactal or mega beedrill under the rain with those spreads.

Also what ginger said for moves but in doubles run protect over rain dance or your going to get caught setting your rain
