I have a agislash with IVs everything part from speed is that alright as I've heard to make him slow as possible and for EVs atk and satk I also heard when you switch to defense it swaps the atk and satk to def and sdef so it is really bulky is this good idea to invest in only atk and satk then?

All I know for spreads on him is people like to run complex ones that range in nearly every stat except speed.

I would use a spread like this just to get enough offensive power while guaranteeing that Aegislash will survive strongs hits from Mega Kang's Sucker Punch and Mega Charizard Y's Heat Wave
