What's better to use adament or jolly for mega kang

It depends. If your running a team that has speed control with moves such as Icy Wind, Electro Web and Tailwind then Adamant would be better. Otherwise go with Jolly

Thank You and I was thinking of putting power up punch instead of doble edge as he gets a attk increase that I think wold be helpful
