I have heard people on here talking about costum hp dittos, but I dont get what they are. I think it has something to do with IVs, but I dont know the point of having specific ones, other then 31 and 0.

that makes sence, I knew about the iv with hidden power and everything, I just didn't realize that that was an acronym, not just hp
