Ivs: if you want Hp ice then you going to have to breed for the ivs

You maybe thinking probopass is lame with the magnetic nose hairs why should I use it? Something that redeems probopass is that it resists most of breloom`s weakness except one or two. The power gem for STAB and chops down flying types. The 252 def is to live an earthquake even though 145 base defense should take care of ground type pokes attacks. The Hp ice also helps with ground types or Dazzling gleam for those 4x weaknesses. I wish i had more to elaborate on so sorry about that.
