Just don't put Starters, or Pokémon that are traded by evolution (eg Scizor or Steelix) because people want these for their Pokédex.
Also don't put Zigzagoon or Magikarp, because they take 40 years to find AND usually get sniped before they are found lol.
Try something like a Lombre or Banette, insignificant enough that people don't search for them, but not so insignificant that there are thousands of them on the GTS.
