Great post Marcus. As an active member of the Competitive Discussion section like you and many other members, i agree that we also need more collaboration or something more concrete to start with. Many times we had to create a team from nothing but 2 o 3 preferences, which is not helpful as it seems, since the one who needs help can't learn much of teambuilding process: a pre-made team also needs more time to be mastered, as the dynamics/tactics and the play style of the team have another owner, another mind behind it.
