I like Mega Garchomp because for the sole reason that he looks absolutely freaking awesome. I mean, just look at those massive claw/wing type things! Look at his massive spikes on him! LOOK AT HIS 170 BASE ATTACK WITH THE SAND FORCE ABILITY!!! Anyways. If I was to pick my most used Mega, it would be Mega Metagross. He not only looks awesome, but he has the power to justify that goatee. Of course, neither Garchomp nor Metagross is as amazing as Mega Wailord shown below:
