Final Thoughts: I believe if you are going to use this spread, you should use a Choice Band due to the fact that if you don`t have a
Choice Band and you are using this spread it does not do that much damage to non-super effective targets like
Mega Kangaskhan, or you could run Belly Drum with Sitrus Berry.

Really good build dude i like it alot, to help it get admitted into the competitive build section i recommend putting your pokemon in this format:
Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry/Lum Berry
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 28 Def / 164 SpD

- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall/ Superpower/ Belly Drum

This makes it easy for people to copy and paste it into pokemon showdown

Also maybe add a picture somewhere and also change the title to something like Azumarill-Tank (Physical)

The offensive calculations to this guild are a bit underwhelming and defensively, it basically tells me that the build is incapable of keeping Azumarill alive for more than 2 turns.

I'm not so sure what the aim of the build is frankly since what item is Azumarill running. Try providing a bit of a synopsis and expanation on the goal of this set.
