As everyone I have seen on this forum so far needs Seel for the pokedex. I figured a giveaway was in order 
They are lvl 1 w/ the ability Hydration
This will be over the GTS, so no popular pokemon like starters or early game pokemon please, to reduce the odd of being sniped If you get sniped multiple times, we can work out a direct trade

and to decrease odds of being sniped set the level to 1-10, and the message to Oddish4ever
If you have not encountered Seel in game, just tap Pokemon Requested, scroll down to "What Pokemon?" and type in Seel; make sure to spell it correctly
