Least Aesthetically Pleasing Legendary?

I was thinking over my weird taste on Legendaries--not in terms of how they perform in combat, but how they look.

I'll be picking ten legendaries, and I'll let you guys vote: Who is the ugliest legendary of all time?

I HAD to choose Heatran. I was very unimpressed with that legendary. I thought it was a normal Pokemon at first xD

I find Palkia to be a poor looking mon. It doesn't feel much like a pokemon at all to me for some reason.

Mewtwo is the worst, how do people not think that's bad? Meowth speaking english is okay, but when other pokemon do it- it's just weird :D But that is just my opinion
