Your team has a giant Fairy weakness in it. Since this competition requires you to bring at least one Dragon, it is most likely that people will bring checks to them. With that said, I don't recommend running both Rayquaza and Hydreigon on the same team. Primal Groudon is also a good idea but not when you're running Rayquaza who has Delta Stream which cancels out Groudon's ability leaving it vulnerable to Water attacks.
Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb Ability: Delta Stream Level: 50 EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Hasty Nature - Dragon Ascent - Protect - Draco Meteor - Earthquake Clefairy @ Eviolite Ability: Friend Guard Level: 50 EVs: 156 HP / 180 Def / 32 SpA / 140 SpD Relaxed Nature - Follow Me - Icy Wind - Protect - Moonlight Darkrai @ Mental Herb Ability: Bad Dreams Level: 50 EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Dark Void - Protect - Sludge Bomb - Dark Pulse Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest Ability: Iron Fist Level: 50 EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 SpD Brave Nature IVs: 0 Spe - Drain Punch - Focus Punch - Ice Punch - Knock Off This is the team I suggest to you. Mega Rayquaza serves to OHKO everything in existence that wants to threaten it. Clefairy gives Ray a boost to its defenses with Friend Guard and can redirect those Draco Meteors that Rayquaza don't appreciate. Darkrai puts your opponents to sleep and dishes out some hits while Conkeldurr sweeps in with a Iron Fist boosted Focus Punch to clean up and if the opponent resists Fighting or is immune, you can opt for Knock Off or Ice Punch. Drain Punch is just for HP recovery
