[RATE MY TEAM] New to Battling Help Me Please!

i'm new to battling in a competitive way, here's my current team. im having so-so to decent success with it but my knowledge of the the current meta and strats is very little. so any help or advice for my current team would be amazing. im open to all suggestions.

so here's my team:

I assume you want to play VGC2016 so if that's the case go look here for the meta. It's still kinda early though, it'll take time to settle. One thing i noticed, you don't have a support pokemon in your team.

you want to move away from them common 252/252/4 builds since the ones with zero defences will be blown up by their weaknessE's. Like @jouzea said meta still to early to see but a lot have been using stuff like xerneas and p-groudon. I would really have a counter or put primal groudon on your team.

What is with the lonely Noivern. Go timid or modest if you are going to use it. Specs SpA build would be far greater. I would even replace this with inner focus Crobat running a supportive moveset just to prevent set up of opposing pokes.

I don't really like that gengar build. If you want to run it try perish trap with sash. Partner it with something defensive with quick guard or wide guard.

Other than all this you are pretty vague with your teams. Maybe some reasoning on when you chose these pokemon and dmg calcs would be great
