Does anyone here have an Alolan Water-type Arcanine for trade? Seems like everyone wants Aloha Ninetales that maybe I can find this elusive water dog that's better than Suicune.

You are talking about the SHINY Ninetales but it is not the same as an alolan NInetales because this one is extremely rare and you can only get it on Mt. Pyre. It is the exact same thing as a normal ninetales but looks different and your friends just happened to have hidden power Ice. Which one did you see? To see them copy the URL and paste them into the search bar on your browser.

 The first one is hard to obtain and u can get in in all generations besides gen 1. The second is unavailable in pokemon and was just revealed to us for the next games. Look at how to DexNav in ORAS because that is the easiest way. They can be found on the outside of Mt. Pyre in the Hoenn region.
