Guys just found this out through Scott Glaza's tweet, so giving this out; not gonna spoil anything, post your thoughts, i'll be updating the post w/ my thoughts!
Without a doubt people are going to use the primals and Mega Ray immensely though how much usage remains to be seen. I'd probably would have liked it more if the other legends where allowed. but that's as close to an opinion as I'll get. Will definitely try out some teams on showdown and hope that Pokemon can release an official ladder for this format.

Wow. The complaint was how Pokemon were losing viability in the VGC'15 metagame due to stronger Pokemon and instead of banning the stronger Pokemon so the underdogs could have a shot, they put in even stronger Pokemon in the format. What the....
