if you could breed tentacool to be 6ivs or 5ivs with decent/high atk ivs deal i'm more choosy when it comes to the slowpoke since it has the dream ball, hope you understand

I understand, but could you explain what you meant when you said decent/high attack IVs? Because it's 5IVs missing hp, with x/31/31/31/31/31, so it has the max attack iv

5ivs i mean 31/x/31/31/31/31 and decent/high atk ivs i mean like 20+ivs
