I can tell you right now that if you plan to play Battle Spot Doubles, Milotic, Metagross, Charizard, Hydreigon, Lucario and Greninja are very good options to start out with. It is difficult to simply make a team for you seeing as how you are new to the metagame so I would suggest taking time out of your schedule to practice playing the format on either Showdown or ORAS using random teams or teams suggested by forum users.

Throw a team together, practice with it and come back with information in terms of your wins, the Pokemon you liked using, Pokemon you may want to use, etc.
