alright I've fixed the lapras error
If anything, @Rockycombo best describes why Wishiwashi is at a lower tier than it should have been, mostly because of its reliance to stay in its School form to be viable. Wishiwashi already has to fight for that "water" type slot against the ever popular Tapu Fini, Araquanid, Gyarados, Double Ducks (Pelipper + Golduck), Gastrodon, etc. Yes it does have rather high stats in both offensive and defensive stats to make up, however speed and notably HP hold it back significantly. What's worse IMO is that Wishiwashi needs a ton of support to function well, even to its item choice to make use of its time in School form.
