Your team lacks both Taunt and speed control moves, which are really important things in VGC15. Maybe Gengar can work better than Porygon2 in this case.
Gengar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Icy Wind
- Taunt
Here are two of the best M-Metagross sets atm: http://thejustinflynn.tv/forum/Thread-VG...l-Attacker. The Substitute set fits better in your bulky team.
Life Orb Arcanine is not optimal, because you get recoil damage from Snarl, that should be a support move. Sitrus Berry is a better option. I don't know if 52 SpA Overheat can get some particular OHKOs, you should check that and go for the Fire Blast/Flamethrower if the answer is negative (or just add the necessary EVs).
There are still some little problems (i don't like Calm Leftovers Sylveon - you don't have a way to deal with Rotom-W, Suicune and Milotic - the lack of a decent speed control support except for Icy Wind makes faster offensive threats like ScarfLand-T and Jolly M-Kang a lot harder to take down) but you should just test it on Showdown or play some games on Battle Spot to detect your weaknesses and then adjust your team.
