he does get hindered alot but if you know your speed tiers well he has some small plays, still bad but thanks to magic bounce he's better inm fact i'd even imagine people will forget he gets magic bounce when he megas as their not used to seeing him, i mean in like 15 battles I've seen 2 people forget gallade gets inner focus and lose their kang turn 1 as a result. But tbh if absol got a 6 point speed buff he would be an insanely better pick as he could then out-speed and 1HKO mega salamence with ice beam which is real shame as absol is one of the coolest looking megas
