Let me start off by thanking both @Vinnie and @naitre for helping me out, without them this giveaway would not be possible.

These Pokemon - which are guaranteed to have between 4 and 5 IVs - are meant to be a starting point for you, whether you decide to use them for VGC 2017, other competitive formats, or as parents.

Currently, there are about 12 of each Pokemon for trade. However, I'll try to breed more if the demand for a certain Pokemon is high.
