Serebii says that it can if the mother is from Gen 4 (Shroomish caught in HGSS in Viridian Forest).

If it won't transfer because of the Fast Ball, though, let's make it a Repeat Ball instead then?  Lemme know if that works. :D

EDIT : I see that Breloom is finished.  I'm assuming that you got the Fast Ball to work?  Here's the deposit for it then...
